Job Description
What you will be doing: Responding to both remote and on-site service requests with professionalism and a positive attitude Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues (hardware, software, networking, etc.) Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment Supporting client with their technology needs and providing user-friendly guidance Accurately documenting service requests, resolutions, and updates in our ticketing system Delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of IT support experience Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a strong plus Solid understanding of Windows environments, network troubleshooting, and desktop/server hardware Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) A self-starter who can work independently and also collaborate with a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you will be visiting clients around El Paso)
