DRGEM America Inc. Position Summary DRGEM America Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated Application Specialist to support our medical imaging systems. This position is responsible for providing product application support, customer training, and assisting with system optimization to ensure effective use of our equipment. Key Responsibilities Provide application support and product training to customers Conduct product demonstrations and assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities Support system setup, configuration, and optimization of medical imaging equipment Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner Work closely with internal teams and headquarters to address customer needs Maintain accurate documentation related to system applications and customer support Travel to customer sites as required Qualifications Relevant experience in medical imaging, radiology, or clinical environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide effective technical and application support Willingness to travel as required RT (Radiologic Technologist) certification is a plus Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in medical imaging and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications RT (Radiologic Technologist) certification or license preferred Experience with X-ray or medical imaging systems Previous experience in an application specialist or similar role

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

1. Base•$65,000•$100,000 per year (Final amount will be decided based on your experience and qualifications.) 2.
