Job Description
Job Summary Mphasis is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience supporting applications within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1/Level 2 support, incident management, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless operation of banking applications and services. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for banking applications and platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and user issues within established SLAs. Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability. Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution. Manage tickets through ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ticketing systems. Support production environments and participate in incident management calls. Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams. Perform application validations, deployments, and post-release support activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
