Job Description

This is a full-time Technical Support Engineer opportunity based in Fort Worth, TX with a rapidly growing Agritech company focused on IoT-based water monitoring solutions for livestock ranchers. This role blends hands-on hardware troubleshooting with software and connectivity support, working across IoT devices that leverage cellular and satellite networks to deliver real-time data. This is not your typical support role — it's very hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working with physical devices, electrical systems, and real-world problem solving. You'll be a key part of the U.S. team, collaborating directly with engineering and R D, and helping shape how the product evolves in a growing market. If you like figuring things out, working independently, and getting exposure to both hardware and software in a startup-style environment, this is a strong opportunity for growth and ownership. Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in technical support, field service, or a similar hands-on role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
  • Experience with IoT devices, mobile technologies, or connected systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Familiarity with electrical systems (120v, 220v, 240v, 480v, relays, contactors)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills & Experience
  • Background in electronics or electrical engineering/technology
  • Experience soldering or working with physical hardware components
  • Exposure to cellular or satellite-based systems
  • Prior experience in agriculture, industrial, or field-based environments
