First State Bank is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented IT Specialist to support our banks technology systems and users. This role is responsible for helping ensure a secure, reliable technology environment that supports daily banking operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Managed Services Provider (MSP) to maintain a secure network infrastructure and ensure efficient data processing. Work closely with the core banking software provider and ancillary system vendors to maintain system functionality and resolve issues. Provide technical support to bank staff and customers using bank technology systems. Maintain and support hardware including PCs, printers, scanners, and displays. Qualifications Experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration (banking environment preferred but not required). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
