Car Audio & RV Product Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Car Audio & RV Product Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, installers, and sales teams by providing expert technical support for car audio systems and RV-related electronics and accessories. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mobile electronics, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for car audio systems (head units, amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, wiring, etc.) Assist customers with RV product support (power systems, audio/video setups, accessories, and related components) Troubleshoot installation and performance issues via phone, email, and chat Guide customers and installers through product setup and configuration Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions Collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve complex issues Stay up to date on new products, technologies, and industry trends

Qualifications:

Experience with car audio installation and troubleshooting Familiarity with RV systems and electronics (12V systems, inverters, batteries, etc. is a plus) Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly way Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in technical support or customer service Hands-on experience with aftermarket automotive electronics or RV equipment
