As we grow, we're looking for an IT Support Specialist who's passionate about solving problems, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly. Role Overview As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for technical assistance across the company. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end-users, and help maintain our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for clear communication. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to internal users via email, chat, phone, and in-person. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes from a technical standpoint. Document issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations. Qualifications Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software. Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshservice). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. [Optional] Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP are a plus.
Job Details Full time:
30 to 40 hours a week
Location:
In Person/Will need to travel to client sites as needed.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Opportunities for professional development and certification. A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Salary:
$18 per hour with a review after 3 months.
