Responsibilities Manage and work tickets via the service desk ticketing system within SLAs Monitor and respond quickly to incoming phone requests that relate to IT issues Maintain computer systems and act as support for system degradation/outages Responsible for end-user PC's, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc) Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology field preferred CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, or other certifications are a plus 2+ years of experience in supporting computers and cloud-based technologies 2+ years of experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting moderately complex issues We are an equal-opportunity employer.
