Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and other team members to support, test, and maintain software applications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a degree in computer science and up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers and the development team to support software solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot, debug, test, and resolve software issues. Assist in the testing and deployment of software applications. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a must. Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Git). Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies like AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience in software development. Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
