Job Description

Job Overview Inbound/outbound calls. Facilitate client transfers to the appropriate internal team members for sales, technical support and scheduling. Calls will be for scheduling, billing, technical support and more. You will be the voice of the company, so we are looking for a kind, energetic and engaging person. We want this person to have fun with our clients. Duties Reports to the Service Manager Scheduling, billing, technical support Detailed customer notes for technician appointments to better service the clients. Provide quotes over the phone and follow up on quotes Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn about pests and our services.
Pay:
From $11.00 per hour
