Compensation:

This job is expected to pay about $60,000 - 70,000 annually No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You'll Do:

Manage and resolve help desk tickets using tools like FreshService, ensuring timely prioritization, tracking, and thorough documentation of issues and solutions. Provide hands-on technical support for a wide range of hardware and software issues-including application errors, peripheral troubleshooting (printers, scanners), and OS-level support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Deploy, configure, and maintain servers and workstations, while overseeing the Veeam Backup System to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Support internal networks using knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, routers, and VPNs, and assist with monitoring and responding to alerts via tools such as SolarWinds. Enforce baseline security procedures, manage access controls, and securely process password resets to safeguard company data and systems. What Gets You the

Job:

Proven, hands-on experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or similar technical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Solid working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, including user account management and provisioning. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, routers, VPNs) and experience with ticketing platforms such as FreshService, Jira, or ServiceNow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical users at all levels of the organization.
