Mesquite Modules Corporation is seeking an IT Engineer for its Mesquite, TX office.

Job Duties:

Implement and support IT strategies and policies that align with company objectives, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations. Support IT projects to ensure effective IT service delivery and project execution. Responsible for IT service delivery management and user support at the manufacturing site. Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems. Support the digital factory initiatives for new workshops, production lines, or technical innovation projects. Hands on the day-to-day IT operations at the site, including data maintenance, user permission management, and troubleshooting of computer issues, printers, and scanners. Support production and engineering team to address related process issues for continues improvement. Work with the production and engineering teams to clarify the process changes and identify the gaps. Confirm and provide the documentation for change requests and align with teams.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Also requires education or experience in each of the following: Utilizing basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, or DHCP Applying IT security fundamentals, such as user authentication and access control Working in multi-server network environments (Windows and Linux operating systems) including installation and basic troubleshooting Job Order number must be indicated on your response.
