Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Entry-Level Information Technology Specialist to join our IT team, supporting technology operations across our Bank including Administrative, Main offices and 7 Branches. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to bolster their IT career while making a positive impact on our Bank's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other technology. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows. Respond to and manage support tickets. Assist with technology setups for new and existing personnel. Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems. Support accounts, including password resets and access issues. Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and support activities. Collaborate with IT staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
IT certifications preferred. Knowledge of Windows and ChromeOS environments Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users Must pass a background check to work in a financial institution Knowledge of computer hardware, and software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Comp TIA A+ or similar IT certification Previous experience working in a financial institution Familiarity with windows 10/11
