Work Schedule:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday Responsibilities and Functions Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of software and hardware on computer equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and user devices. Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and shared folders in platforms such as Dropbox. Provide daily technical assistance to users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency. Document troubleshooting procedures, technical protocols, and system configurations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of software and hardware on computer equipment to ensure reliability and performance. Monitor and manage system backups, ensuring proper data restoration in remote and on-site environments. Participate in strategic and cross-functional meetings to identify technology requirements and propose solutions.
