Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory. Candidates will be required to perform a practical design test during the interview.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant drafting and design experience within a manufacturing environment, specifically with pumps or rotating equipment.

Strong grasp of mechanical engineering principles, including fits, tolerances, and the assembly of rotating components.
Product Knowledge:
Direct experience in the design and build of industrial pump systems.
Communication:
Ability to clearly communicate technical challenges and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
