Job Description Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and diagnose issues and problems Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions Support problem identification Advise users on appropriate course of action Monitor issues from start to resolution Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services Delivering customer service through multiple channels including calls, chats and self service. Continuous Service Improvement.

Experience:

1-3 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
