Plano, TX - Onsite role Key Requirements 1+ year of IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience Experience handling customer support calls and ticketing systems Strong communication and customer service skills Experience supporting Windows 10 environments Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or HPSM Experience providing remote technical support to end users Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and access issues Preferred Skills Active Directory user administration (password resets, account management) Mac/macOS support experience JAMF, SCCM, or endpoint management tools VMware/virtualization experience Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management Experience supporting large user populations (100+ users) Software deployment, imaging, encryption, and security tools Apple certifications are a plus #LI-CGTS #TS-5775
