Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future) Position Summary Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, and voice/data communication issues while delivering excellent customer service. Escalate complex issues as needed and ensure timely resolution of support tickets. Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, printers, and networks Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Create and maintain clear, accurate service tickets and technical documentation Follow up on support requests and ensure timely issue resolution Escalate unresolved or advanced technical issues when appropriate Qualifications Experience in a help desk or technical support role Experience using ticketing systems and documenting support activities Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, desktop/laptop hardware, software applications, printers, and basic networking Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan ...and much more!
