Our exciting client is looking for a Sr. Support Specialist to join their growing team. The company is very stable, financially strong, and is in need of someone to join their growing organization. Travel:
The position is onsite and requires flexibility to travel to other sites in the Phoenix Metro Area, reliable transportation is required and they will pay mileage reimbursement.

Required Skills:
3-5 years providing Windows OS Support. Experience with Windows 10 and 11 Experience providing support within Windows stack current technologies: Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, Intune Office, point, etc. Experience using Powershell for Automating Tasks. Experience with User Access, Adding User Accounts, etc. in Azure AD. Experience with basic networking. Great customer service and communication skills. Great experience working with ticketing systems and providing great documentation.
Shifts:
8-5pm Monday through Friday onsite with some flexibility for projects, issues, and key initiatives. Normal oncall rotation.
Plusses:
Relevant certifications, training, and formal education.
