This may include, but not limited to, workflow issues, application errors, user access, and technical functionality, diagnosing any hardware or software opportunities with these systems. They will act as a liaison for the organization with end-users and vendors and will aid with ongoing implementations and optimization of these clinical systems used. Accredited Program Experience:

Preferred One (1) year of Epic software/domain/workflow analysis design/EHR application related experience. One (1) year of knowledge of clinical workflow, practice standards and documentation requirements. One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting.
