This role is essential in providing comprehensive support for desktop computing environments, multimedia systems, and audio-visual equipment across various facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical and telecommunication systems, along with practical experience in field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to seamless technical operations, ensuring high-quality audiovisual experiences and reliable computer support for diverse organizational needs.
Responsibilities Core Duties:
Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain audio/visual equipment, computers, printers, scanners, video conferencing systems, and mobile devices.
Event Support:
Provide setup, operation, and breakdown of A/V equipment for board meetings, corporate events, public forums, and outreach sessions.
Database & Scheduling:
Maintain personnel records in ANSOS, verify staff credentials, and coordinate delivery/installation of equipment with employees and vendors.
Customer Support:
Respond to user requests, resolve technical issues, and provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support onsite or remotely.
Documentation & Training:
Create troubleshooting guides, product use documentation, and end‑user training materials.
Compliance & Flexibility:
Ensure adherence to policies; support events after hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process improvements, maintain technical skills, and stay current with industry technologies. On‑

Participate in call duty rotation to provide 24/7 support when required.
MUST HAVE
Need Technical Support guy who has experience in troubleshooting and maintaining audio/ visual equipment including
LCD/ LED
TV's, projectors and PA Systems and Multi-function printers along with desktops Should have Valid Class C Texas Driver's License with favorable driving record Should have minimum high school diploma or GED Should have experience in the setup, support and maintenance of multifunctional printers, scanners, and plotters.
Shift Timing:
8AM-5PM Weekly schedule: M-F CH1
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
