Full Time Our Client is Looking a highly skilled Enterprise Network Engineer to design, implement, and support large-scale network infrastructure in a complex and mission-critical environment. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across enterprise networks. Key Responsibilities:
Network Strategy & Planning Design and develop future-state network architecture aligned with business and technology strategies Plan, prioritize, and manage network-related projects, service requests, and enhancements Provide technical guidance on network investments, integration, and scalability System Engineering & Optimization Analyze and optimize network configurations for performance, reliability, and efficiency Evaluate new technologies, system changes, and integrations to enhance network capabilities Develop recommendations to improve system performance and prevent disruptions Network Implementation & Integration Design, configure, and deploy network components across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments Ensure seamless integration of new systems into existing infrastructure Support cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technologies and platforms Operations & Support Provide advanced (Tier III) technical support for network incidents and performance issues Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective solutions Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting and modern tools Manage network provisioning, configuration updates, and system enhancements Governance & Continuous Improvement Maintain system updates, patches, and vendor-supported releases Coordinate with vendors to ensure optimal support and service delivery Implement monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms for performance tracking Leadership & Knowledge Sharing Mentor and guide junior technical staff Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence and innovation What We're Looking For:
Deep expertise in enterprise networking, including LAN, WAN, and wireless environments Strong experience with routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and network redundancy strategies Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, firewalls, and voice/data systems Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize performance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working in large-scale, complex IT environments Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments 5+ years of experience in network engineering, design, and support Technical Skills:
Expertise in routing protocols, network design, and redundancy architectures Experience with enterprise networking tools and platforms (routers, switches, wireless, etc.) Familiarity with network security technologies and performance monitoring tools Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced networking technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, WAN optimization, VoIP) Industry certifications in networking or wireless technologies Experience in regulated or large-scale organizational environments
