Overview of position:
JBW Federal is seeking a Support Agreement Management Support to work at Lackland AFB San Antonio TX. Manage Memorandums of Agreement (MOA)/Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Service-Level Agreements, and Host- Tenant Support Agreements affecting multiple geographically separated units worldwide. The contractor also shall serve as the 67 CW requirements advocate during essential negotiations for all inter-service, intra-service agreements. Specific tasks include the following to maintain an 85% or better currency rate. A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
Manage the 67 CW's Support Agreement Program to include Memorandums of Agreement (MOA)/Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Service-Level Agreements, and Host-Tenant Support Agreements affecting local and multiple geographically separated units worldwide. The contractor also shall serve as the 67 CW's liaison to external organizations for the advocacy of support requirements during essential negotiations for all inter-service, intra-service agreements. Specific tasks include the following to maintain an 85% or better currency rate. Develop, review, provide expertise and recommend changes to MOA/ MOU, Service-Level Agreements, and Host-Tenant Support Agreements in accordance with established timelines. Currently, there are approximately 60 agreements in the 67 CW repository. Develop, analyze, and coordinate programming and planning documents to identify functions and tasks to be performed by participating organizations. Formulate and provide guidance in the form of correspondence to 67 CW units regarding different types of agreements, formats, and administration. Maintain and track all 67 CW Agreements into the library repository to ensure all agreements maintained are current and accurate throughout the life of the agreement Address and resolve problems with the host base or parties involved in the documents at the lowest level or follow impasse procedures if not resolved within 90 days. Review agreements to ensure completeness and compliance with all regulatory policy requirements and coordinate internal review of all Wing support agreements with all applicable wing staff directors and special staff to include but not limited to Security, Financial Management, Training, Manpower, and the Staff Judge Advocate. Track/manage the coordination and approval processes for internal and external support agreements between 67 CW and other organizations and ensure compliance with all 16 AF, MAJCOM and or Headquarters Air Force mandatory reporting instructions. Ensure timely processing of support agreements and conduct periodic reviews to validate currency, relevancy, and accuracy for both receiver and supplier in accordance with DoDI 4000.19 Support Agreements, AFI 25-201 Intra-Service, Intra-Agency, and Inter-Agency Support Agreements Procedures, and the 16 AF Guidance Memorandum. Coordinate annual training for all Agreement Points of Contact. Conduct semi-annual self-inspection IAW MAJCOM, NAF, and local IG guidance and timelines and document in the Management Inspection Control Tool.
Clearance:
Active Top-Secret clearance is required. Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested.
