Every scanner, workstation, dashboard, mobile device, and production system plays a critical role in helping us build products for thousands of homeowners across the country. That's why we're looking for a Manufacturing IT Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and helping keep our operations running smoothly. This isn't a desk-only help desk role. You'll be out on the production floor, working alongside manufacturing teams, supporting technology that directly impacts production, and gaining hands-on experience with systems that keep a modern manufacturing operation moving. Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It) Help Desk keep our's manufacturing and office technology systems running efficiently by providing exceptional technical support, minimizing downtime, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed. What You'll Be Trusted to Do Provide technical support for manufacturing and office technology systems, responding quickly to issues that impact productivity and production. Troubleshoot and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, barcode scanners, software applications, network connectivity, and production-floor technology. Support production dashboards, reporting tools, and data systems to ensure accurate and accessible operational information. Configure and deploy workstations, user accounts, mobile devices, and technology equipment. Assist with Wi-Fi, networking, infrastructure, and connectivity issues across manufacturing and office environments. Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems while documenting support requests and solutions. Help maintain technology inventory, follow security standards, and participate in continuous improvement and technology enhancement projects.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
