  • Texarkana, TX Complete Computing Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Tier II Support Technician to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position for an IT professional who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service both remotely and onsite. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting small and medium-sized business environments, including desktops, servers, networking, and virtualization platforms. ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve workstation, server, and network-related issues efficiently. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and client software applications. Monitor and maintain workstation performance to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency. Hardware & Infrastructure Support Configure and support a wide range of IT hardware including: PCs and laptops Hard drives and processors Network interface cards (NICs) Monitors and peripherals Switches, firewalls, and wireless access points Servers and virtualization environments (Hyper-V and VMware) Network & Server Administration Configure and maintain LAN/WAN environments. Build and troubleshoot VPN connections and tunnels. Configure and support network infrastructure including: Firewalls Managed switches Wireless access points Support Microsoft Server environments including: Active Directory
DNS DHCP
Group Policy Data replication Failover clustering General server administration Client Support Configure and support printers, scanners, and other network-connected devices. Deliver professional and responsive customer service to clients both remotely and onsite. Follow company procedures, documentation standards, and best practices. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong customer service mindset and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in a business or MSP environment preferred. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments. Knowledge of desktop operating systems and business software applications. Familiarity with network infrastructure and troubleshooting. Basic project management experience is a plus. MCSE or equivalent certifications are preferred but not required. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed.
