You will assist with the implementation, maintenance, and support of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure while providing technical assistance to end users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network operations, testing and optimizing system performance, and helping implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and reliability. You will work on a variety of projects and gain exposure to multiple areas of information technology, allowing you to build a strong foundation for a successful IT career. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working directly with clients, and is committed to delivering outstanding technical support and customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Support users with account creation, password resets, and basic system setup and configuration. Provide responsive technical assistance for hardware, software, and general IT-related issues. Assist with the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software. Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and updates to ensure reliable performance and security. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating more complex problems as needed. Partner with senior IT staff to investigate and resolve advanced technical challenges. Document IT processes, system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal IT documentation and knowledge base resources. Participate in IT projects by providing technical support and collaborating with team members to achieve project objectives. Help implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems, networks, and data. Adhere to established security policies and best practices while promoting a secure technology environment. Deliver professional, friendly customer service while supporting clients and end users. Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and principles
- Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Exposure to troubleshooting common software applications
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

- Must currently be eligible to work in the United States of America
- High School diploma or
GED Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
- Experience with Networking (DHCP, DNS,etc.)
- Experience with Windows Server operation system
- Experience with Microsoft 365 account administration
