6Primary Purpose:
Manage and support the district's device program for staff and students. Ensure that all eligible students have access to functioning devices throughout the academic year, including coordination of device deployment, repairs, insurance, and invoicing. Track inventory, manage lost/damaged device billing, and facilitate device protection insurance for families. Ensure seamless operation of student device services in alignment with district technology and instructional goals. Provide direct support to the department's efforts in the areas of inventory maintenance and helpdesk support.Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or GED Two years of college course work in business related subjects OR equivalent work experience (preferred)Experience:
Experience working in a K-12 educational setting (preferred) Experience managing inventory, logistics, or customer service in a technology support role (preferred)Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Possess strong organizational and time management skills Able to manage large-scale deployments and logistics Have knowledge of and familiarity with Chromebooks and Chrome OS management tools Understand asset management systems and invoicing procedures Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess a customer-service mindset with attention to detail and problem resolution Able to work both independently and collaboratively with othersSupervisory Responsibilities:
