As a Technical Support Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and field technicians by troubleshooting issues, providing expert guidance, and helping ensure our products perform at the highest level.

ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSProvide technical support by answering inbound calls and assisting with troubleshooting and diagnosticsAssist customers and technicians with installation and start-up questionsInvestigate service issues and recommend effective corrective actionsProcess and approve warranty claims in accordance with company guidelinesCoordinate field service calls with authorized service providersReview and track warranty and service data to identify trendsRecommend product improvements based on service feedback and data analysisRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products and processes 
JOB REQUIREMENTS5-7
years of experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industryHVACR certification or license preferredStrong customer service skills with a professional phone presenceExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to analyze problems and provide practical solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience with ERP systems (such as M1, Oracle, or Syteline) is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for field support
