EverLife Advisors LLC About the Role We are looking for a Telephony / IT Support Specialist to support our growing Medicare sales office. This is a hands-on, in-office role supporting a high-volume call center environment. You will be responsible for maintaining our phone systems, supporting dialer performance, setting up equipment, and assisting agents and staff with day-to-day technical issues. This is not just a help desk role. We need someone who understands how telephony systems function in a live sales environment and can keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage and support dialer systems and call routing Troubleshoot telephony issues (call quality, connectivity, routing errors) Set up and configure computers, headsets, and user workstations Provide day-to-day IT support for agents and office staff Assist with onboarding new hires (equipment setup, system access) Monitor system performance and escalate larger issues when needed Support integrations between phone systems and internal platforms Maintain system organization and basic documentation Requirements Experience with dialer systems (Five9, Genesys, or similar) Strong understanding of VoIP and telephony systems Basic IT support experience (hardware, software, user support) Experience setting up and troubleshooting workstations Experience working in a call center or sales environment (required) Ability to work fully in-office and respond quickly to issues Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Preferred Experience supporting CRM integrations Understanding of call recording systems or compliance environments What We're Looking For We need someone who can: Keep the phones running with minimal downtime Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly Support a fast-moving sales floor without disruption Be present and available in the office Why Join Us Stable, growing Medicare-focused business Direct impact on daily operations Competitive salary Team environment with strong leadership
