Looking to kickstart your IT career? We're hiring an IT Support Technician in South Jordan, UT! If you have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and 0-2 years of experience, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career!
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems quickly and efficiently Set up and configure computer systems and software Respond to user inquiries and document support requests Collaborate with the IT team on projects and problem-solving
Qualifications:
+2 years of IT support experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred but can be replaced by strong IT experience Willingness to learn and develop technical skills Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and office apps Strong communication and problem-solving skills
