About the job Russell Tobin is hiring on behalf of a client seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Service Desk professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This role involves providing high-level technical support to end users across the organization and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues. ????
Work Schedule:
On-site ????
