IT Support / Systems Support Specialist We are looking for a practical, reliable IT Support / Systems Support Specialist to help support our office's day-to-day technology needs. This is a great fit for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting, helping staff, learning systems quickly, and keeping technology organized and running smoothly. We are not looking for someone to build software from scratch. Our core systems are already established. We primarily use MyCase, Google Workspace, and Zoom Workplace , and we need someone who can help staff use these tools effectively, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors when needed, and keep our office technology organized. Responsibilities include:
Providing general IT support for office staff, including troubleshooting computer, phone, software, login, printer, and connectivity issues Supporting staff use of MyCase, Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace, and other office software Helping onboard new employees with accounts, access, equipment, and basic system training Managing user access, permissions, passwords, groups, and account changes Assisting with Zoom Workplace phone, messaging, call queue, and user settings Maintaining basic documentation, instructions, and internal tech reference materials Helping identify recurring issues and create simple solutions or training resources Coordinating with software vendors, phone support, or outside IT support when needed Keeping office equipment, workstations, and technology processes organized Helping leadership improve workflows using our existing systems Ideal qualifications: Experience in IT support, help desk support, systems administration, office technology support, or a similar role Comfortable working with cloud-based software and office systems Familiarity with Google Workspace preferred Experience with Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, or similar phone systems is a plus Experience with MyCase or legal case management software is a plus, but not required Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technology clearly to non-technical staff Organized, patient, dependable, and comfortable helping people with different levels of tech experience Able to protect confidential information and follow internal policies carefully Willing to learn our systems and help create consistent, practical processes What we're looking for: We need someone who is helpful, calm, resourceful, and good at figuring things out.
