Salt Lake City UT Job Description:
>> Comfortable with core onsite support functions (4 years+ experience) such as hardware triage, imaging, deployments, device replacements, Win1011, iOS and direct end user interaction. >> Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices. >> Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions, and update documentation as needed. >> Work closely with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
