Monday to Friday, day shift, 8-hour shift
Location:
In person About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dependable Helpdesk Agent / IT Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time, in-office role supports daily IT operations, assists employees with technical issues, and helps maintain reliable systems across multiple locations. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with people, and supporting both hardware and software in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day helpdesk support to end-users Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, login, and connectivity issues Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and user accounts Support Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments Assist with network infrastructure tasks, including running cables and supporting installations Work with NVRs, DVRs, and camera systems Document issues and resolutions and escalate more complex problems as needed Travel to other company locations for support and installations when necessary Assist with occasional after-hours or weekend projects and emergency support Qualifications Experience in helpdesk, IT support, or a similar technical support role preferred Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace preferred Experience with Unifi equipment is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required Requirements Valid driver's license required Reliable vehicle required Ability to travel to other company locations, including locations several hours away as needed Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
