WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our IT HelpDesk Technicians eagerly assist employees with basic computer maintenance issues and problems, perform a variety of standard maintenance activities software installations and support items to ensure employee technology meets company standards and requirements. Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information 5167 Adams Avenue South Ogden, Utah Hours range Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week $24.50 per hour + Bonus + Incentive Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive and prioritize calls and e-mails from users. Assign task appropriate trouble tickets and ensures that all problems are tracked, measured, resolved and verified. Provide first-line support by answering technical questions and providing solutions to problems. Complete hardware and software installation. Maintains, upgrades and repairs credit union PC's and peripheral equipment for all systems. Provide consistent member follow-up. Comply with all regulations as required by law. Experience, Education & Certification High school diploma required Bachelor's degree, or pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
