Digital Consultants is seeking a Junior AV Maintenance/Helpdesk Technician to join our team! As the Junior AV Maintenance/Helpdesk Technician, you will be a principal performer and assist in the performance of diagnostic and repair services while performing Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), repairs, installations, and troubleshooting for equipment or systems.

Duties to include:

Perform PMIs on AV equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues before they become critical Respond immediately to helpdesk tickets related to AV equipment issues and provide timely support to clients Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AV equipment and systems Install AV equipment and systems as per industry and client specifications Terminate all types of AV connections, both analog and digital Maintain trouble tickets and keep accurate logs of all repairs, installations, and maintenance activities Assist in the performance of Repair Services Maintain inventories of installed and spare parts and equipment Handle the complexity of Maintenance issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant or similar role

Secret Certifications:

Avixa CTS or CAVT The contractor shall provide help desk support to receive emails or phone calls for equipment failure and notification of system disruptions The help desk shall be operational on-site from 6:00am to 6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Help desk personnel shall provide responses to audio-visual operational inquiries and requests. The ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet
