Open Rate ________________________________________ Position Overview Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is seeking an Engagement Support Specialist to support a customer responsible for the rapid deployment and management of secure cloud-based engagement kits used in cyber incident response and threat hunting operations. This role serves as a key liaison between operational teams, technical staff, and government stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, resource management, and communication throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience supporting technical operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced mission environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engagement kit requests, approvals, and deployment activities
- Track and report the status of active engagements and operational activities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and stakeholders
- Coordinate software licensing, hardware shipments, and resource allocation requests
- Maintain engagement documentation, configuration records, and operational reports
- Support scheduling for provisioning, decommissioning, and engagement closeout activities
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, operational staff, and government leadership
- Monitor engagement timelines, service level agreements, and resource availability
- Support real-time coordination during active cyber operations ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, project coordination, or program support roles
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with federal government stakeholders
- Proficiency with collaboration, reporting, and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with technical aptitude
- Experience tracking metrics, reporting, and operational status ________________________________________ Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, incident response, or threat hunting operations
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and cloud service environments
- Background in IT operations, service management, or technical support

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field OR
