Employees also receive paid holidays, vacation and sick time. BCI has an immediate opening for one full-time IT Specialist for our BCI Dahlgren office. This position will report to BCI's Information Technology Manager and will assist with providing employee help desk support to approximately 100+ local/on-site users and 50 remote users as well as conference room support. This position will support only unclassified systems.

College coursework in an IT-related degree program is required. CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365Certified:
Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Microsoft certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), A+, Security+, or other IT-related certifications are preferred. Experience with Azure, Intune, O365 and cloud computing environments a plus but not required. Experience in loading, patching, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 is required, as well as experience in the description of duties. Must have strong communication skills in order to communicate professionally and effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Applicant should also possess strong organizational skills.Description of Duties:
This position requires the successful applicant to be able to provide IT help desk and maintenance support. Provide customer service for local and off-site users, maintenance and support of Microsoft windows computer systems by analyzing and providing effective diagnostic evaluation to resolve issues in a timely manner. Installs, configures, and upgrades computer hardware and software; supports resolving IT outages and incidents, working with ISP, vendors and service providers; assists with applying software and hardware patches and upgrades; monitor system performance and security on laptops, desktops, and VoIP servers and phones.Travel Requirement:
