You will conduct detailed analysis of complex doctrine, policies, and business process initiives and lead cross functional teams to assess organizional effectiveness in a variety of areas. You will liaison with fleet representives, Intelligence Community (IC), warfare sponsors, Systems Commands (SYSCOMs), Requirements Officers and industry partners to valide and synchronize requirements spanning multiple sponsors and stakeholders. You will ensure requirements are developed to support warfighting needs, documented accurely, and sufficiently funded. You will staff and prepare branch memorandums, letters, briefs, and other correspondence for principal review and approval. You will write and analyze reports and provides executive summaries and informion papers to executive leaders and senior executive staff. You will prepare and deliver briefings, hold discussions, and make recommendions to higher level officials. You will coordine with technical directors and military department senior leadership to ensure a common understanding, resolution, and implemention of technical programs and issues. You will oversee execution planning, research and development, demonstrion/prototyping, acquisition program initiion and management, budget planning, security, and of
