Providence Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Support / Information Specialist to support administrative operations, records management, and technical event coordination for our client. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of administrative expertise, information management experience, customer service excellence, and technical support capabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership and staff. Develop, implement, and maintain organizational and administrative policies and procedures. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend operational improvements. Maintain and manage information, records, files, and documentation systems. Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and administrative services. Provide training and technical assistance to staff as needed. Support conference rooms, board meetings, and training events, including setup and logistics coordination. Provide on-site technical support during meetings and events, including troubleshooting AV equipment, microphones, monitors, and presentation systems. Assist with office management, human resources support functions, security coordination, and facilities-related activities. Ensure compliance with federal travel regulations and administrative procedures. Utilize various databases, IT systems, and software applications to support daily operations. Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and complex administrative tasks effectively. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of administrative management or related professional experience . Experience developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures. Experience evaluating operational or program effectiveness and recommending improvements. Strong background in records and information management. Proficiency with IT systems, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and other computerized systems. Experience providing staff training and technical assistance. Experience supporting conferences, board meetings, and training events. Knowledge of federal travel regulations preferred. Ability to troubleshoot basic AV and technical support issues during meetings and presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, innovation, and high-quality customer service. Physical ability to move and organize file boxes and records when necessary. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
