Required Qualifications:

Experience supporting IC customers in data/technology-driven environments Ability to bridge technical teams and operational stakeholders (translator between mission & IT) Experience working across enterprise tools Experience integrating commercial platforms with custom data systems Experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions Ability to design dashboards and reporting solutions (both executive-level decision support & operational analysis) Proficiency in scripting/automation languages (Python, Powershell, or Bash) Proficiency in front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery) Ability to gather requirements, document systems/processes, and deliver user training Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stand up new systems or processes from scratch Experience providing tier-one support and driving user adoption of new technology solution Experience working across enterprise tools Desired Qualifications WordPress, Joomla, Confluence, Jira, Tableau and/or Power BI, SharePoint What you can expect from us: BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
