JOB SUMMARY
This person provides dedicated IT support to C-level executives, managing office and home IT needs, including troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of systems and networks. They ensure seamless operation across Windows and Apple environments, resolve technical issues efficiently, and collaborate with IT teams to implement secure solutions. With excellent communication skills and discretion, they handle high-pressure situations, offer after-hours support, and ensure compliance with corporate security and HIPAA standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Experience, and Training): Minimum high school diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred. Microsoft, Apple, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience, including at least 3 years providing direct, dedicated support to C-level executives, senior leadership, or VIP clients in a corporate environment. Proven experience delivering white glove, executive-level technical support with strong executive presence and professionalism. Strong experience supporting both Windows and Apple environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, conferencing technologies, and peripherals. Hands-on experience supporting executive home office environments, including networking, Wi-Fi configuration, printers, conferencing solutions, and endpoint devices. Experience supporting executive meetings, conference room technology, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Strong experience with enterprise support and endpoint management technologies including Altiris, Tanium, Nexthink DEX, ServiceNow, VMware, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Familiarity with workstation encryption technologies, virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint security tools, and enterprise collaboration platforms is required. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and confidently with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations. Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, remain composed under pressure, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible or after-hours schedules as needed to support executive and business demands. Professional business attire is required as this role is onsite at our headquarters and center of excellence. Proactive, detail-oriented, highly responsive, and customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional executive support experience.
JOB SCOPE
This role requires moderate direction but relies on independent judgment to identify issues and recommend solutions. Work is varied and moderately complex, requiring a broad range of knowledge gained through experience. The incumbent will regularly interact with C-level executives and senior leadership and must be capable of delivering a polished, proactive, and customer-focused support experience while balancing multiple priorities and urgent requests.

  • Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work off-hours as needed to support business demands.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $95-105K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
