team providing logistics and asset management support across Army Sustainment University and the Quartermaster, Ordnance, and Transportation Schools. This role ensures full accountability, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT equipment, directly supporting mission readiness and operational efficiency. Track, issue, and maintain accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), ensuring proper hand receipts and documentation Coordinate sub-hand receipt processes and track movement of IT equipment across ASU, OD, QM, and TC schools Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies identified in supply system risk reports Coordinate with the Property Book Office to complete transfer documentation and ensure compliance with Army property regulations Manage equipment lifecycle processes, including distribution, replacement, and disposal Create and manage Bills of Lading, hand receipts, load plans, and shipping documentation Track and coordinate shipment of IT equipment via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers; provide status updates to COR and customers Provide warehouse operations support, including inventory management and storage functions Utilize GCSS-Army (GCSS) and other logistics systems to manage inventory and accountability Maintain accountability of keys, access control records, cipher codes, and secure facility access for technical areas (server rooms, data centers, telecom closets, etc.) Manage and track cellular devices and service plans, including lifecycle replacements and plan adjustments based on mission needs Receive and configure cellular devices, including SIM card matching and activation support via AESMP Maintain wireless device and user data in ADHOC management systems Coordinate and perform equipment transport and logistics support, including travel to maintenance/repair locations and vendor sites Deliver and track equipment sent to Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and other repair facilities Support data security and disposal processes, including hard drive removal, tracking, and shipment in accordance with G-6 and DoD policies Track and manage warranty repairs and replacements, coordinating with manufacturers and vendors Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and service systems in a timely and professional manner Required Experience Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or asset management (IT environment preferred) Experience with: Property accountability and hand receipt processes (DoD preferred) Inventory tracking systems and logistics databases (e.g., GCSS-Army) Shipping/receiving, documentation, and transportation coordination Experience managing: IT equipment lifecycle (issue, tracking, replacement, disposal) Warehouse operations and asset control processes Familiarity with: DoD/Army property management regulations and procedures Service ticketing systems (e.g., AESMP) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assets and tracking requirements simultaneously Ability to lift, move, and transport IT equipment as required Willingness to travel locally for equipment pickup, delivery, and coordination Education / Certifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (OR equivalent combination of education and experience) About nFocus Solutions nFocus Solutions is dedicated to the development of innovative technologies and intelligent business solutions for the public sector.
