ZPS is seeking a qualified candidate to support a US Government Customer. Zachary Piper Solutions is presently in search of a Cloud Support Engineer to meticulously document and address system concerns within a dynamic cloud environment. This position is onsite in Reston, VA.
Role Summary:
- Timely resolution of incoming incident tickets.
- Utilization of custom tools for the effective resolution of system issues.
- Detection and adept rectification of system glitches.
- Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Active
TS/SCI FS
Poly clearance is a requirement.- Openness to acquire proficiency in system tools such as Netmom and Windbg.
