Job Description:
Step into a role where technology meets innovation on the factory floor. Hitachi Energy is seeking a Factory IT/OT Support Specialist to join the team in South Boston, VA. In this dynamic position, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of both IT and operational technology (OT) systems that power manufacturing operations. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. This opportunity blends hands-on technical support with cybersecurity awareness, giving you exposure to both office IT systems and critical shop floor technologies. You'll work across a range of systems—from collaboration tools to industrial equipment—while partnering with global teams to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
