Hitachi Energy is looking for an Onsite Support Specialist to join the Transformers Business Solutions IT team in South Boston, VA. In this hands-on position, you'll be the go-to resource for onsite IT support—ensuring technology runs smoothly and enabling teams to stay productive and connected. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. You'll work directly with end users, providing desk-side support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools while partnering with broader IT teams to resolve issues efficiently. This role blends technical troubleshooting with customer engagement, offering variety, autonomy, and opportunities to continuously build your skills.
