Trust, transparency, and environmental responsibility are fundamental in our service offerings. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stafford, VA for a Computer Technician. The Computer Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer systems, providing technical support for hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and managing troubleshooting tasks. Additional tasks include working on operating systems, ensuring proper functionality of machines, and assisting with general IT needs as required by the operations team. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Understanding of Operating Systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Stafford, VA
• Prior experience in IT or computer hardware is a plus
• Associate degree or certification in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience Requirements
• Proven experience in computer repair, assembly, or IT support
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Experience installing operating systems and basic networking setup
• Attention to detail and ability to meet daily production targets
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~40 lbs)
• High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications a plus) Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with refurbished or used IT equipment
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification Compensation

$15 per hour
