A leading servics company in Vienna, VA is looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Technician, providing on-site support to end users within enterprise Windows environments.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues Troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications Handling Palo Alto GlobalProtect client connectivity issues Utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking Providing excellent customer service Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience High School Diploma / GED Experience with Windows 11 environments Experience with M365 applications Strong troubleshooting skills Effective communication skills Excellent customer service skills Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree CompTIA A+ certification Microsoft 365
Certified:
Fundamentals certification Experience using ConnectWise Remote Support Software Experience using CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDI environments
