Job Description
SUMMARY The part-time position will provide on-site IT support on Saturday as well as one weekday to ensure the property's information management system continues to perform as it should.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist users with requests submitted through the IT HotSOS ticketing system, as well as email and voicemail requests promptly. Assign and maintain user login and password(s) Work with third-party vendors for ongoing maintenance and support of the property's telephone, internet, and Wifi system. Evaluate unresolved issues and monitor follow-up to ensure timely resolution Performs preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Associate degree or equivalent to two to three years related experience and/or training. 2. Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows, desktop/laptop operating systems. 3. Knowledge of computer networking. 4. Excellent problem-solving and communication (both verbal and in writing) skills. 5. Critical thinker and attention to detail. 6. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize according to deadlines.
