PM Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries from clients, service providers, clinicians, legal representatives, and the public. Collect and document client information including names, date of birth, license number, and issuing state. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all State and Federal information disclosure requirements. Enter interaction notes and client updates into the program's electronic database. Triage and escalate voicemail messages and calls to the appropriate IDRP personnel or Vermont DMV when required. Process incoming physical mail and securely scan documents for electronic recordkeeping. Provide administrative and customer support while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Typing and data entry proficiency. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data collection skills.
Pay:
$27.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
